Anna Laurini - FACES

Faces
by
Anna Laurini

Life is a space that changes with time—its transformation and evolution ultimately shaping one’s own sense of space and time.

A profile is half a face, searching for its other half. Sometimes its image is reflected in a mirror, finding an illusory sense of fulfillment next to another profile. Other times, it discovers completion in its own wholeness. Profiles can become a complete image. In the end, one finds oneself.

This is the artist’s journey: a journey inward, through roads, space, and time. It is her evolution—a message of beauty amid lost gazes in a city that can often feel impersonal and colourless.

Anna invites us to discover the colours of our happiness on a wall, beneath the playful and enigmatic gaze of portraits that, for a moment, capture our attention.

This is it: the other half of the face, the hidden half of ourselves that is always present.
