Fashion Week Holiday

Fashion Week Holiday

NEW YORK's Carlyle Hotel is offering you the chance to become a member of the fashion pack with their new Fashion Week package,Inside Haute - but it'll cost you.

Kathleen Beckett, a former columnist for USVogue, will welcome you into her world for three days over New York Fashion Week. Whilst staying in the luxurious surroundings of one of Manhattan's most legendary hotels, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy lunch with Donna Karan, cocktails with Zac Posen and sip Champagne with 2009 Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund winner Sophie Theallet.

You will also attend the Joanna Mastroianni and J Mendel autumn/winter 2012-13 shows and go backstage to meet the designers and see just what happens behind the scenes at a major Fashion Week production.

Finally, after lunching in the Met's Members Dining Room, you'll have an exclusive chance to delve into The Metropolitan Museum of the Art's extensive fashion archives which includes fashion prints, drawings, photographs, sketchbooks and entire collections - a privilege usually reserved only for staff and researchers.

Inside Haute, 15 - 18 February 2012, costs $6,000 per person; including events, chauffeured car service and all meals. Double rooms from $795. For more information and to book, contact Jamie Beck at The Carlyle, 35 East 76th Street, New York (00 1 212 570 7127; www.rosewoodhotels.com).
