WHEN a supermodel's baby turns one,
it's easy to imagine she might go overboard - a gold-plated rocking horse, or
diamond-studded walking frame, perhaps - but instead, sensible Miranda Kerr gave
baby Flynn his first taste of cake, albeit an organic one.
"It was the first cake he had ever
seen or tasted. It was a gluten-free cake and organic, of course," Kerr
said. "He put his face in the cake. It was a
healthy kick-start to his first birthday. [And] there were a lot of
balloons. We had a balloon man come because [Flynn] likes balloons. That was a
lot of fun."
Kerr also added that becoming a parent
with husbandOrlando Bloom has placed him even higher in her esteem.
"He has really stepped up to the
role and is very hands-on," she told People.
"It makes me proud that he is such a good dad."
